Consumer Information

• Fitzmark Promotions Ltd reserve the right to refuse any orders that it deems in breach of copyright or unsuitable for sale to the general public.
• Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to give refunds on products that have been printed to your specification.
• In compliance with the Data Protection Act your details will not be disclosed to any other organisation.
• All errors including incorrect printing , incorrect garments and merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in order to rectify any problems.
• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Standard Delivery – UK

• Plain products ordered will be delivered between 5-10 days from purchase.
• Printed and Embroidered items will be sent by carrier  and delivery can take upto 28 days from time of order. Delivery times may vary on different products.
• The cost of standard delivery depends on the price of items ordered and the delivery address. Standard delivery to mainland UK is between £2.95 and £9.95. On orders over £200 free delivery will be issued.The price will be shown on your order.

Delivery Notes

• If your order is for an event, please contact us with the dates, so we can do our best to ensure the order arrives on time. If the date is less then stated above please contact us to make arrangements.
• Every effort will be made to deliver on time. Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock available. Notification will be sent if applicable.
• We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address given, we will need to recharge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices shown exclude VAT (at current rate) and carriage.
• Position of decoration is stated where necessary and additional prints and embroidery are available upon on request. Prices are available for any additions.
• All goods delivered or not, remain our property until payment is received. This will change upon opening an account with us.
• Account invoices are payable within 21 days from date ordered.
• All products requiring origination. These are chargeable at the time of ordering.
• A charge will be made if order is cancelled after Artwork and production have started. This charge will be determined by Fitzmark Promotions Ltd at the time of cancellation. Payment must be made within 7 days.
• Fitzmark Promotions Ltd accept all major debit and credit cards.

Products

• All garments sizes are approximate and for guidance only.
• We reserve the right not to process any incomplete or incorrect orders. Notification will be sent if applicable.
• Due to the heat and pressure used in our processes, we cannot guarantee to match colours in artwork sent to us. Although our extensive range of colours should meet your needs.
• We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect printing of artwork supplied as Word documents or other Microsoft office applications such as powerpoint. This is mainly due to font issues.
• If you require a specific font please send us samples and we will match this to our extensive range.
• The pictures and colours provided for each item are only shown as guide.
• We cannot be held responsible for the quality of Artwork sent in low resolution which may look fine on screen, but not necessarily when printed.
• We cannot be held responsible for damage to garments caused when washing instructions have not been followed.
• Copies of Artwork are obtainable when order is paid in full.
• When first origination has gone into production there will be no more origination costs for further orders using the same design. The origination stands as a one off payment.
• The products on the website have not necessarily been supplied to or endorsed by the companies whose names and logos have been used. The pictures are only guidelines to show position and effect of designs.
• Fitzmark promotions are deemed as carriers on specialised products such as fire retardant clothing and coldstore clothing and therefore will not be held responsible once products are purchased. All the information on these products are made available.
